HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. Please allow for 5-7 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Domestic delivery takes 7-10 days. International delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks. (not including holidays or weekends).
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
There is a $9 flat rate shipping cost for domestic shipping. There is a $25 flat rate shipping cost for international shipping. For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS
Focused and Determined does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
Due to the high volume of orders and fraudulent orders we receive - if an order appears to be suspicious we will cancel and refund the order in full.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We do not accept cancellations.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
There are no refunds & we do not accept exchanges due to the limited quantities available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and color of your items.
However, if you would like to exchange an item due to the wrong item being shipped to you, please contact customer service for authorization. Upon receipt of the wrong item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time. If the wrong item is returned with damages or defects, you may be responsible for damages or defects that were caused after you received the item. If entitled to a replacement item due to the wrong item being shipped to you, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time.

I DO NOT LIVE IN THE U.S.A. CAN I ORDER ONLINE?
DO MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS HAVE TO MATCH?
We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.
MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY, BUT WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
During high traffic, there may be a delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us including your order number and full name and we will resend your confirmation.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?
To keep your Focused and Determined garments looking great, please follow these instructions:
- Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle.
- Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.
- Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and drip-dry for preservation and a long life.
- If you use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat setting.
